Good Tide are a Portland based gummy company that specialize in single-strain rosin-infused gummies with exceptionally accurate natural flavoring.
Part of the gummy industry stalwart Wyld brand, Good Tide are the next evolution in gummies, which is to say the future is rosin, not distillate, not even random mix of concentrates from who knows where, no it’s live, and it’s strain-specific and it’s fucking glorious.
If you want to learn more about Good Tide’s original lineup of “Uplifting Pineapple”, “Balanced Guava”, and “Mellow Mango” rosin gummies check out this review here.
This review is focusing on the next evolution of the Good Tide brand, one that takes things to an entirely whole new level and puts the brand firmly on the cutting edge of the prevailing industry winds.
What direction are said winds a blowin’ you may be wondering? Well, that would be single strain rosin gummies that are also infused with extra levels of specific cannabinoids like CBD, CBC, CBG, and CBN, to help narrow the focus of the effects even tighter.
The outcome are gummies that have been formulated for specific applications as opposed to the more common “just wana feel high” types, not that there is anything wrong with those.
With cannabinoid-enhanced gummies though extra emphasis is placed on various sensations, which has been a really fun time getting to experience in my writing this review.

Why Cannabinoid Enhanced Gummies?
Ultimately, the effects you experience from cannabis, whether smoked, vaped, or ingested, come down to the unique molecular composition of the source plant you consumed.
THC content, terpene content, and other levels of cannabinoids work in tandem, commonly referred to as the “entourage effect”, to impart unique sensations to consumers.
While terpenes are a less of a factor when it comes to edibles (although they do help improve flavor/smell which is a big part of the gummy game) because of how volatile they are and how little actually survive digestion, the same isn’t necessarily true for other cannabinoids.
Cannabigerol (CBG) for example is metabolized in the liver and has anxiety reducing effects as well as reported positive effects for those suffering from chronic, depression, and insomnia.

Cannabichromene (CBC) has been shown to reduce inflammation in preclinical trials as well as “mood modulation” by enhancing anandamide levels by inhibiting reuptake.

Cannabinol (CBN) has been shown to increase sleep quality and also exhibits anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and has also demonstrated antibacterial activity against oral bacteria like strep.

By pairing these terpene-packed, strain specific rosin gummies up with an extra dollop of CBD along with CBN, CBG, or CBC, Good Tide took an “effects first” strategy that results in a gummy that actually makes you feel like it says on the packaging.
Cannabinoid-Specific Good Tide Flavor & Effect Lineup
Similar to the original Good Tides these new gummies come in three different moods with three unique all-natural fruit flavors.
There is a “Refreshing” CBG-enhanced Kiwi Strawberry flavor, a “Blissful” Grapefruit flavor that is enhanced with CBC and then there is a CBN-enhanced Passion Fruit “Sleep” flavor formulated for deep restful sleep.

Just like the original lineup these new flavors slap. They are not overly sweet. They are not covered in a thick crust of sugar. They actually taste just like they’re labeled because they are made with real fuckin fruit which is how it should fuckin always be.
I’m a big fan of all 3 flavors but if I had to pick a favorite it would probably be the Passion Fruit, although I think I enjoy the CBD+CBC enhanced “Blissful” effect the best.
And before you come at me with this low-vibrational “those ratios are always bullshit bro” energy just going to say no, that is not the case with these.
Good Tide actually built a tool on their website where you can literally enter the rosin batch number listed on your specific tube of gummies and it’ll tell you the rosin terpene content tested, as well as the strain the rosin came from, who processed it, and when and where it was tested.

The tool works for both the cannabinoid-enhanced lineup as well as the original lineup and is actually pretty fun to use.

- Here’s my Wedding Cake-derived passion fruit flavored “Sleep” gummies test results: https://www.goodtidecannabis.com/coa-reports/ori0008?rq=ORI0008
The test result lookup tool is a very smooth user experience and I salute whoever it was on the design side that surely had to fight to build this thing out because it is a legitimate joy to use and builds massive brand trust.

Transparency is one of the best things modern brands can do to differentiate themselves from all the “noise” brought about by shady companies with inferior products that rely on extremely shouty marketing to move product.
When you educate your customers and deliver the goods, with proof to show, you build trust and trust is a big part of the edibles game where unlike whole cannabis flower it can be a challenge to ascertain quality with just your eyes and nose alone.
So Are Cannabinoid-Enhanced Good Tides Worth It?
If you’re looking at a dispensary menu that has these CBD+CBC enhanced Good Tide gummies and you’re wondering if you should try them then I will tell you that the answer is a resounding yes, you should try them.
I am very highly confident you will enjoy them, especially if you’re new to the rosin edible space and ESPECIALLY if you’ve never intentionally ratio’d cannabinoid-enhanced single strain rosin gummies (this segment really needs an acronym).
The “Sleep” formulation really did erase the day’s stress and had my eyelids drooping before they even hit at full strength at which point I was happy to throw in the towel for the night.
The “Refreshing” formulation really is a zippy high, more cerebral for me, and the opposite of the “Sleep” formulation. These will easilyl fuel whatever level of productivity or hawk-like focus you may demand of them.
The “Blissful” are my favorite, as they are a full mind and body experience that are in a class of their own. When paired with a really good meal, these gummies impart almost orgasmic levels of dopamine dumping that’ll plaster a stupid stoner smile on your face for hours.
All three flavors taste great and fully deliver on the effects, which is a rarity in a market segment often driven by hype alone.
I regularly see the cannabinoid-enhanced lineup retailing around $25 for a tube of 10 gummies where they’ll be 10mg THC, 10mg CBD, and then 10mg CBN/CBC/CBG, for a total of 30mg of the good stuff per gummy.
It is that additional CBD and CBG/CBC/CBN content that really takes these to the next level and I feel justifies the $5 price premium over the regular Good Tide lineup ($25 vs $20).
Since I do all my edibles shopping on daily discount days that makes the cannabinoid-enhanced lineup $20 and the price of the non-enhanced $16.
While not bad, I’ll take either the original lineup or the enhanced over comparative options from Pearls or Drops any day of the week as the overall consistency and potency with Good Tide have yet to leave me feeling flat, which to be fair, should be a given at this price point.
Cheaper options aren’t bad but there are often shortcuts that companies take like not using single-strain rosin (or rosin at all). On top of that if given the option to choose between biodegradable packaging and plastic I’ll go bio every single time.
Deliciously natural flavors and lack of excessive granulated sugar make the Good Tide the brand I recommend most often.

What Will They Think of Next?
I shamelessly plug Wyld and Good Tides in particular because they are legitimately my favorite gummy maker.
I’m not saying there aren’t other great rosin gummy options, it’s just that these are just my personal favorite because of the natural flavors, the plastic-free biodegradable packaging (which is also a tactile treat to use), and the dead cold reliability in dosing over the last 5+ years of buying and eating them.
The original Wyld lineup will forever hold a special place in my heart as some of the first recreational gummies I tried and for their authentic flavors but I gotta admit the Good Tide lineup has stolen my heart (and my stomach) with these CBD/CBN/CBG/CBC enhanced options raising the bar to higher yet levels.
What will Good Tide do next? I don’t know but I am excited for it, because just when I start to think they’ve reached a ceiling they drop some new formulation or flavor that has me opening my wallet faster than a post-dosing late night jaunt to the Popeyes.
Have you tried CBD + CBN/CBG/CBC-enhanced rosin gummies? If so, what are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments!
